This scholarship was transferred to Main Street Community Foundation in 2023 by the Town of Plymouth Human Services Commission; it was originally established when the Plymouth VNA closed. The Plymouth VNA served the town and its residents for many years and this scholarship will continue the organization’s legacy forever. Scholarships will be awarded annually to residents of Plymouth who are graduating high school seniors seeking financial assistance to further post-secondary education or career training in the healthcare field, which can include a healthcare program at a vocational school or community college in an allied health profession, or acceptance at a two-year or four-year college or university pursuing a degree in a healthcare program of study.
