MSCF Fall Grant Cycles Open

Main Street Community Foundation is currently accepting grant applications to three funds from nonprofit organizations serving Bristol, Burlington, Plainville, Plymouth, Southington, and Wolcott. The Online Grants Center can be accessed through the Foundation’s website, www.mainstreetfoundation.org/apply-for-grant, and includes a link to the application, the full guidelines and eligibility criteria.

The Women & Girls Fund was founded in 2001 by a group of caring and committed residents. Through its grantmaking program, the Women & Girls Fund assists women and girls with improving the conditions and opportunities in their lives. The Fund seeks to deepen its impact by providing grants that will ensure ongoing support for women and girls in Bristol, Burlington, Plainville, Plymouth, Southington, and Wolcott. The deadline to apply is September 9th.

Applications from nonprofit organizations serving Burlington residents will be considered for funding through the Burlington Community Fund, which was established in 2011 by a group of committed community leaders in Burlington who were interested in creating an additional resource for charitable projects and programs that would enhance the lives of Burlington residents. The deadline to apply is September 16th.

The Foundation is also accepting applications for the Men & Boys’ Fund from nonprofit organizations serving men and boys in Bristol, Burlington, Plainville, Plymouth, Southington and Wolcott. This Fund was established in 2016 by a group of local, committed residents, and through its grantmaking program, the Fund makes it possible for men and boys to improve the quality of their lives, increase self-sufficiency and make a positive difference in their community. The deadline to apply is September 16th.
