Fournier Family Fund
This fund was established by Scott and Karen Fournier as part of a special match opportunity at Main Street Community Foundation’s 30th Anniversary Celebration. Their generous donation was matched with a grant from the Money in Motion Fund at MSCF.
As longtime local residents, educators, and small business owners, Scott and Karen experienced the hopes and dreams to live and prosper in a vibrant community. They wish to see their town continue to move forward toward that goal, and in order to effect progress they chose to turn to the Main Street Community Foundation.
“We have witnessed the positive impact that MSCF has on the communities it serves. Examples of their significance can be illustrated through scholarships, grants to nonprofit organizations, promoting the arts, the Women and Girls Fund and Men and Boys Fund, grants to sports organizations and aid to nature and animal groups. Their guiding star is the betterment of our communities. We place our trust in the integrity of the Main Street Community Foundation to fulfill our hopes in the future. We hope other like-minded residents will join us.”
Grants from this unrestricted community fund will support the emerging and changing needs of the communities served by the Foundation.
