This scholarship fund honors the memory of Katherine Elizabeth Dobroczynski who passed away unexpectedly in 2013. Established in 2014 by co-workers of Katherine’s mother, Christina Dobroczynski, the first scholarship was awarded in the Spring of 2021, the year Katherine would have graduated from high school. An annual scholarship will be available to graduating high school seniors attending Southington High School with preference given to members of the Southington YMCA.
