Mission Statement: It is the mission of Wheeler Clinic to foster positive change in the lives of individuals and families, and in our diverse communities. Wheeler Clinic will accomplish this by providing a wide range of human services that enhance well-being through improved skills, knowledge and attitudes.

Wheeler Clinic serves residents throughout Connecticut, most of whom come from central Connecticut. It operates programs and facilities in Bristol, Farmington, Hartford, Middletown, New Britain, New Haven, Plainville and Waterbury.

Wheeler Clinic is a community-based, non-profit organization that has created innovative programs for more than 35 years. The clinic has been consistently recognized as an outstanding provider of a continuum of mental health, substance abuse treatment, special education, early childhood development, employee assistance and prevention and wellness programs and services within the community. Wheeler Clinic serves over 44,000 children, adults and families across Connecticut each year.
