Geographic Area Served: There are no geographic boundaries for acceptance into the program. However, once residents are accepted, they live within a five-mile radius of the administrative offices to allow conscientious accessibility to case management services.

Mission Statement: To provide access to safe and affordable housing, increase community awareness through education, render support services to people living with HIV/AIDS and their loved ones and encourage empowerment.

St. Philip House is a non-denominational program that provides for the physical, emotional, educational and familial needs of all residents. All residents were either homeless or at risk of homelessness when they were accepted into the program. Most residents are 300% below the federal poverty level and require intensive assistance to meet their daily needs. While meeting the arduous and varied needs of residents, St. Philip House also offers supportive services to others who are HIV+ and provides award-winning AIDS prevention education to interested schools, churches and civic organizations.
