The Greater Bristol Visiting Nurse Association is a non-profit, Medicare Certified,Home Health Care Agency, Licensed by the State of Connecticut and accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO).

The Visiting Nurses and therapists work with the physician, family and other health care team members to assess the patients' needs and develop a personalized plan of care. The agency participates in Medicare, Medicaid and in most insurance and managed care plans. Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Services provided includes: Skilled Nursing Care, Home Health Aides, Homemakers, Companions, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Services, Medical Social Services, Hospice Program, Intravenous Therapy, Well Child Clinics, Telemonitoring, and Health Watch.
