The Bristol and New Britain offices of Catholic Charities offer a broad range of programming to strengthen and support families and individuals. Services are offered in English, Spanish, and Polish, to all who are in need, regardless of race, religion, and level of income.

Programs provided include mental health and substance abuse treatment; counseling for individuals, families and couples; parenting education; outreach services for the elderly; supportive case management for individuals transitioning from welfare to work; adoption services; and abstinence education for youth to prevent teen pregnancy. Services are licensed by the State Department of Public Health and the Department of Children & Families, and nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation.
